We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager you will be responsible for delivering products to market/customers, for development and improvement of products, working closely with engineering, design, and quality assurance teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills and a passion for driving product innovation.

What You Will Do
  • Collect, manage and prioritize market trends, customer needs and feedback, define product requirements.
  • Define, track and analyze relevant KPIs to ensure we are on the right track and doing the right things.
  • Ensure the development team understands and fully supports the goals of product initiatives relevant to them.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility and intuitive use of planned features, make our customers excited about them.  
  • Act as a customer advocate, articulating user and/or buyer needs.
  • Work closely with engineering, design and quality assurance teams to ensure successful product launches, business case and customer satisfaction goals are met.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product strategies.
  • Gather and evaluate ideas and opinions from competitors, current and potential customers.  
  • Demonstrate new features and ideas to stakeholders.  
  • Monitor the market and develop competitive analysis; conduct market research and competitive analysis for market knowledge and product improvement opportunities.  
  • Provide MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and justification.
  • Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills.  
  • Ensure that all teams are on the same page.  
  • Ensure that sprint goals are well-defined and do not overestimate team resources.  
  • Lead the development and management of the product from conception to launch.

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years' experience as a Product Manager or relevant position.
  • 3+ years banking experience.
  • Degree in product design or engineering, business administration or relevant courses/certifications.  
  • Excellent understanding of the financial/banking sector.  
  • Excellent teamwork skills; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.  
  • Excellent time management skills.  
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
