We are looking for a passionate and experienced Talent Partner to join our team. This role will primarily focus on talent acquisition, employer branding, and candidate experience while also supporting general HR functions. As a Talent Partner you will ensure a seamless hiring process and contribute to HR operations, employee relations, and compliance.The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for attracting and retaining top talent.  

What You Will Do
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions, effective hiring plans.
  • Administer and oversee employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Analyze hiring metrics and workforce data to enhance recruitment effectiveness and strategic workforce planning.
  • Manage employer branding efforts to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
  • Assist with talent management initiatives, including career development programs and succession planning.
  • Address employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions in collaboration with management.
  • Conduct and facilitate employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, and development programs.
  • Maintain and update HR records, employee files, and HRIS systems to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare HR reports and analyze data to support decision-making and organizational development.

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in HR.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment.
  • Deep understanding of HR functions, sourcing strategies, and employer branding.
  • Proven experience in full cycle recruiting and talent acquisition.
  • Strong employer branding and recruitment marketing experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, HR policies and best practices.
  • Experience in fintech will be an advantage.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is an advantage.
